RENEWING MEMBERS
On November 12th, Sam’s Club instituted a new system for our group membership. Most members were assigned new account numbers. THIS MEANS YOUR OLD CARD PROBABLY NO LONGER WORKS, and will be rejected at the register. If you have not been to Sam’s Club in the last two weeks, PLEASE GO TO THE Gaithersburg Store MEMBERSHIP DESK FOR YOUR NEW CARD BEFORE YOU SHOP. Please give them your name, and tell them that you are with the Randolph Civic Association.
Your account will be listed under one of the following “companies”, probably best to print this e-mail and bring it with you for reference:

ALL MEMBERS SHOULD GO TO THE GAITHERSBURG SAM’S ONLY TO GET THEIR NEW CARDS, ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR NEW CARD YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SHOP AT ANY SAM’S LOCATION.
PLEASE ASK FOR COACH PATRICK, COACH HABIB, OR COACH RON IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY DIFFICULTY.
NEW MEMBERS
If you signed up for a NEW Sam’s Club membership this year, your accounts are now active. We apologize for the delay. I am supposed to be receiving account numbers for all new members soon. You should be able to go to Sam’s and get your new card at the membership desk. Please print this e-mail for reference just in case.
